Returns Policy

Please note the following return policies with respect to our garments:

 

 

  1. Claims on garments purchased through our in-stock and booking programs must be made within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Should there be a material defect, clear error on our part at the point-of-sale or abnormal premature wear to the garment, we will conduct an inquiry and if garment is returned, we will inspect the garment and determine how to best resolve the issue and a credit will be processed on your account.

 

  1. Claims on garments purchased through our iMeasure custom program will be approved for return pending review of order specifics and delivery of the garment for inspection. Discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of order receipt. Should there be a material defect, clear error on our part at the point-of-sale or abnormal premature wear to the garment, we will conduct an inquiry and if garment is returned, we will inspect the garment and determine how to best resolve the issue and a credit will be processed on your account.
